We’re working with a pioneering biotech company that’s redefining cancer diagnostics with cutting-edge technology. As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join the team and help scale success across international markets.

About the Role:

As Channel Partner Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving commercial success by leading and empowering a global network of distributors. You’ll take ownership of your sales targets, motivate partners, and close deals that matter. Your mission: to help position the company’s liquid biopsy solutions — powered by NGS technology — as essential tools in cancer diagnostics worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Drive revenue growth through distribution partners across multiple regions
* Set clear objectives and ensure accountability with each distributor
* Equip partners with the tools, training, and messaging they need to win
* Adapt commercial strategies to meet local market needs
* Act as the primary liaison between the company and its distribution network
* Identify challenges or underperformance early and take decisive action
* Collaborate internally with Marketing, Operations, Medical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution
* Champion the voice of the field within the company

What We’re Looking For:

* At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably with hands-on distributor management
* Strong grasp of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and its role in diagnostics
* Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish language skills are a big plus
* Analytical mindset — able to turn data into strategic actions
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Proactive, resilient, and ready to take ownership of both wins and challenges
* Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related area
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
* Self-starter who also thrives in collaborative settings
