Senior IT Recruiter / Team Lead (m/f)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal – Hybrid (2 days at the office)
Your Core Focus:
Lead, coordinate, and support the IT recruitment team, ensuring alignment, performance, and continuous development
Act as the senior subject-matter expert for complex and senior IT roles
Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, assessment, interviews, and offer management
Partner closely with technical and business stakeholders, challenging requirements when needed
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and performance metrics
Ensure a high-quality, transparent, and engaging candidate experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (developers, engineers, architects, QA specialists)
Prioritize and distribute workload across the IT recruitment team
Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health)
Conduct technical and competency-based interviews and support final hiring decisions
Provide regular mentoring and coaching to recruiters
Maintain close alignment with hiring managers on pipeline progress and expectations
Support sourcing strategy decisions and market intelligence
Must-haves:
5+ years in IT Recruitment, including complex and senior technical roles
Proven experience in coordinating, leading, or mentoring recruitment teams
Experience in fast-growing environments (consultancies, tech hubs)
Experience working in international or nearshore recruitment
Deep understanding of the IT market and talent trends
Excellent stakeholder management skills with technical hiring managers
Bilingual (English - Portuguese)
