We are currently seeking professionals to join our internal team or client projects in the following role:
Role: Customer Success Manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)
Requirements
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager in technology sectors.
- Experience managing large, global customer accounts.
- Knowledge of mobile app development, website creation, and app store processes.
- Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum, working with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications like PMP or CSM are advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
