Our client is a multinational company expanding in Portugal and is hiring an Accounting and Administrative Coordinator (Certified Accountant) to oversee all administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate inventory records, perform timely purchasing, and maintain effective stock control to support production and delivery schedules;
* Act as the primary client contact for order coordination and dispatch, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfaction;
* Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, and promote a productive, positive work environment;
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and assist with HR policy implementation;
* Provide cross-functional administrative support, including document management, scheduling, and internal coordination.
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a pl
* us;Certified Accountant qualification (mandatory);
* 5–8 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance;
* Proficiency in SAGE and comfortable with Microsoft Office tools;
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach;
* Fluency in English (mandatory).
