About the Position:
To support and respond to our needs, we are now looking for an IT Operational Support to join a dynamic team in the Porto area, under a hybrid arrangement- 3 times peer week in the office. Your role will be to act as the central coordination point, proactively reaching out—often by phone—to stakeholders who have pending actions or have not yet engaged as needed. You will be essential in ensuring the smooth progression of the third-party process and the effective implementation of DORA requirements across the organization. You will drive accountability, maintain momentum, and uphold operational excellence throughout the entire lifecycle of third-party engagements. This position reports directly to the Third Parties Operations Manager.

* Proactively escalates and follows up to ensure progress and resolution;
