BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2C casino brand, who are seeking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Lisbon.The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking the day-to-day external and internal digital paid activity of the brand, ensuring acceptable CPAs and reactivation costs across all digital channels included in the media buying. They will monitor the activity with the various agencies and the in-house team involved, focusing on performance within a continuous learning process. Also, you will be in contact with the central office to coordinate the international campaigns and site content.Responsibilities:Day-to-day monitoring of digital activity for Portugal and the Brazil market, when needed, including PPC, social media, direct deals, programmatic, email, native ads and in-app, among othersManage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns to improve overall campaign performance.Coordination with external agencies/in-house teams to activate new campaigns/audiences to cover the whole acquisition/retention funnel with relevant messaging.Provide insights to channel managers and creative teams to improve campaign performance.Requirements:University degree in Marketing, Business or Advertising or related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing.Previous experience in a competitive, high-volume transactional e-business and/or gaming environment will be considered as an advantage.Understanding and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, main KPIs and platforms.English Fluency.Excellent organisational, management and individual productivity skills.Ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done.
