What You'll Do
We are looking for a PMO Intern - Project Governance & Digital Projects to join our TechHUB!
This full-time opportunity is a great fit for someone looking to build their career at the intersection of portfolio management, project governance, delivery excellence, and digital transformation within a fast-paced, global environment.
The role will focus on supporting project delivery, enhancing portfolio visibility, and contributing to digital process improvement initiatives, ensuring effective governance and continuous improvement across the PMO structure of a world leader in supply chain and logistics.
What you'll be exposed to:
* Project governance frameworks and structured delivery practices.
* Digital project platforms and workflow optimization initiatives.
* Process improvement, automation, and efficiency optimization.
* Portfolio visibility and KPI tracking supporting strategic decision-making.
* Cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
Who We're Looking For
To thrive in this internship, these skills and traits will help you succeed:
* Academic background in Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or related fields
* Bachelor's degree completed or Master's ongoing/completed
* Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project management
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Asana or similar)
* Understanding of process modelling concepts (e.g., BPMN or equivalent)
* Good analytical and structured mindset with solid problem-solving and communication skills
* Interest in project governance, continuous improvement, digital tools, and automation
* Fluency in Portuguese and English
