As a key member of our buying team, you will play a vital role in supporting buyers in the preparation and execution of market weeks. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels. You will be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support buyers in writing orders and updating purchase orders
* Coordinate and communicate buyer weekly itineraries
* Manage and track product samples efficiently
* Act as a point of contact for buyers in the market
* Join key appointments to support order writing
* Support the team with general administration duties
