Your role will focus on one core responsibility: owning the commercial and product strategy for Nuclei's travel business.This means deeply understanding the travel landscape, shaping how we position and grow our travel offerings, and making the right product and commercial calls to drive category performance.
You will work closely with product, partnerships, and sales teams to ensure travel is a high performing, well differentiated category within our platform.We are looking for someone who can think strategically, move fast, and take full ownership of outcomes.Who should apply?
3 to 6 years of experience in category management, commercial strategy, or product management, ideally within travel, OTAs, loyalty, or a related industryStrong understanding of the travel ecosystem, including airlines, hotels, holiday packages, and ancillary productsCommercially minded with the ability to think in terms of margins, unit economics, and revenue leversAnalytical and structured in your thinking;
comfortable working with data to drive decisionsAble to work cross-functionally and influence without authority across product, sales, and partnerships teamsPerforms best in environments that emphasize independence and accountability.
