Technical Support Specialist Job
The role of a Technical Support Specialist at our organization involves monitoring daily pricing batches, analyzing issues, and escalating to the relevant team for resolution. In addition to this, you will be responsible for collecting business project team test requirements, executing associated pricing stress tests, and suggesting improvements to the support process.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication skills, English speaking/writing proficiency, functional financial knowledge, and SQL skills. Having Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor daily pricing batches and analyze any issues that arise
