Customer Support Specialist (Hebrew and English)

Job Description
Are you passionate about Online Advertising and new technologies? Would you like to join one of the leading tech companies in Lisbon, Portugal?
You will support our client as a Customer Support Specialist, growing and developing your knowledge base of online advertising in an innovative and fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team supporting different lines of products. Together with your colleagues, you will provide reactive phone, email, and chat support services with an emphasis on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution for our small and medium business clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients;
2. Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy;
3. Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions;
4. Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients;
5. Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Requirements:
1. Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal;
2. EU Passport or Portuguese work permit;
3. Excellent Hebrew and English speaking skills.
