/ppbr / /ppstrongYour New Role /strong /ppAs Head of Securities Alternative Investments Reconciliation, you will be responsible for leading and developing a critical reconciliation function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of positions while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
/ppYou will manage a team of c.14 people and play a key role in overseeing reconciliation activities across securities, funds and alternative investments, within an international environment.
/ppYour main responsibilities will include: /pulliLeading, developing and managing the reconciliation team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement /liliOverseeing daily operations, including workload distribution, resource planning and team coverage /liliEnsuring the accurate and timely execution of reconciliation activities, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency /liliMonitoring reconciliation breaks, investigating discrepancies and coordinating resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
/liliManaging operational risks, priorities, escalations and critical incidents related to reconciliation activities /liliEnsuring strong operational controls and compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and audit standards /liliDefining, monitoring and reporting KPIs and operational metrics to support decision-making /liliLeading and contributing to projects related to process optimisation, automation and system enhancements /liliDriving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability and control frameworks /liliCollaborating with operational, risk, technology and audit stakeholders across the organisation /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat You'll Need to Succeed /strong /pulliMinimum 5 years' experience in banking operations, with strong exposure to reconciliation activities /liliAt least 2 years of management experience within an international environment /liliStrong expertise in securities, funds, private equity and alternative investments /liliSolid understanding of reconciliation processes, operational controls and banking operations /liliExperience in process optimisation, automation and operational risk management /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail /liliProven leadership and team management capabilities /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /liliProactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset /liliFluent English (French is a plus) /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat You'll Get in Return /strong /pulliA strategic leadership role within a dynamic and international environment, where you will play a key role in building and developing a reconciliation function from an early stage.
