Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Project Manager, based at our Lisbon office.With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage the various project specialtiesManage resources effectively and efficiently, aligning skills with project needsEnsure the technical quality of final deliverablesMaintain close relationships with clients or their representativesIdentify business opportunitiesProfile:Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the Construction or Real Estate sectorsProven experience in project management (teams, timelines, and budgets)Strong problem-solving skillsGood communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in MS Office and MS ProjectAdvanced level of English (mandatory)What we offer:Quadrante is a global organization with more than **** people focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
