We are recruiting an AI Engineer to join a project in the logistics sector, developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields;
Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role;
Solid knowledge of LLMs, machine learning, deep learning, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and LangChain;
Proficiency in Python and Java, with mastery of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, among others;
Experience with Big Data and distributed frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark is desirable;
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI services;
Ability to solve complex problems and transform business requirements into efficient technical solutions;
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills;
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility;
Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to apply AI to real business challenges alongside product and technology teams;
Create and develop proofs of concept (PoCs) using machine learning and deep learning techniques;
Evaluate PoC performance considering accuracy, scalability, and computational efficiency;
Iterate and improve models based on stakeholder feedback;
Transform high-value PoCs into minimum viable products (MVPs), collaborating with engineers and data scientists;
Optimize AI models to ensure performance and alignment with company objectives;
Ensure the validation, testing, and stability of MVPs in real-world scenarios;
Integrate AI solutions into existing systems or develop new intelligent applications;
Stay up to date with trends and best practices in the AI industry and apply them in continuous development;
Document processes, methodologies, and results in a clear and structured manner;
Provide technical guidance to junior AI engineers, promoting an environment of continuous learning.
