* Working in demanding IT positions for top clients in the Iberian market
* Source and attract IT talent (Software, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.)
* Leverage ATS platforms and AI-driven recruitment tools
* Apply advanced sourcing methodologies (Boolean search, market mapping, talent pipelines)
* Build and maintain a strong candidate network in tech
* Continuously improve recruitment processes using data and technology Requirements- Native Portuguese (mandatory)
* High level of English
* Spanish (minimum basic level, intermediate level, desired)
* At least 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitmentStrong knowledge of:- Recruitment methodologies and sourcing strategies
* ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever)
