Job Description
As a Business Operations Manager at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our business unit. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing stakeholder value. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
* Write and edit content for internal and supplier communication
* Plan and execute communication plans
* Plan and execute change management activities
* Drive continuous improvement mindset within organization and supports bottom-up initiatives
* Provide communication advice and guidance to the sourcing team
* Plan and provide trainings to the organization
* Support the execution of supplier and internal events
* Prepare executive presentations
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
* Strong writing and editing skills for clear communication
* Project management skills for cross-functional initiatives
* Excellent presentation and networking abilities
* Fluent command of English, both written and verbal
* 5-8 years of relevant experience in business operations
It would be nice if you also had:
* Experience in change management and training facilitation
* Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms
* Strong interpersonal skills and a 'people person' mindset
