About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual with a strong track record in business development within the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new sales opportunities and target markets
* Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
* P present services to new and existing clients with clarity and confidence
* B build and implement strategies tailored to the Korean market
* O organize webinars, seminars, and local promotions
* M maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
* P plan and attend meetings and networking opportunities
* P participate in major industry events globally
* K keep detailed records of business development activities
Requirements:
* Native or fluent Korean speaker (C2), with strong English (B2+)
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* 1+ years of experience in business development within the financial sector
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong research, planning, and strategic thinking ability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* A ability to work independently and under pressure
* W willingness and ability to travel internationally
