Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Business Manager, located in Óbidos. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the E&V offices, manage sales teams, and ensure efficient business processes. Responsibilities include the following:
* Support advisors and staff with the processes, CRM discipline and documentation.
* Manage administrative workflows, invoices, payroll / attendance and office procedures.
* Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and team communication.
* Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering documentation and IMPIC reporting.
* Maintaining Engel & Völkers brand standards and office presentation.
* Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns aligned with the company goals.
* Represent the license area at E&V internal and external events in Portugal.
* Align operational priorities and strategic direction with the company shareholders.
* When necessary act as a sales advisor or business developer when required.
* Manage all aspects related to the shareholder properties in Portugal.
* Track and analyse sales performance, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction
Qualifications
* Proficiency in operations, market analysis, and client relationship management
* Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in relevant technology tools, such as CRM software and real estate platforms
* Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are advantageous
* Bachelor's degree
* Proven work experience in a leadership role
* Experience in real estate industry would be of advantage
