We are hiring.ForCalipo Hotel, we are looking for aFood & Beverage Managerto lead the operations ofCalipo Restaurantand thePalacio— two distinctive dining spaces combining farm-to-table dining, events and warm hospitality in the heart of the Alentejo.This is ahands-on leadership rolefor someone who enjoys being on the floor, building teams, and shaping guest experiences while keeping a sharp eye on the numbers.The role includes:
- Leading daily F&B operations across restaurant, bar and events
- Developing a strong service culture and guest loyalty
- Working closely with the chef on seasonal menus and pricing
- Driving profitability through cost control and team engagement
- Recruiting, coaching and developing the service teamProfile
- Minimum5-8 years' F&B leadership experience, including at least3 years as Restaurant Director or General Managerin a quality restaurant or hotel
- Proven track record ofoperational and financial successin multi-outlet or high-volume environments
- Strongleadership, communication and team developmentskills
- Deep understanding ofdining culture, bistronomie and local terroir
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (French nice to have)
- Holds therequired qualification to supervise apprentices and internsWhat we offer
