We are looking for an
IT Technical Support Technician
for an onsite project based in Lisbon.
Requirements:
+3 years of experience as a Support Technician.
Microsoft tech savvy.
Ability to resolve, troubleshoot network issues related to the end user environment.
Comfortable with Microsoft technology and products (
Office, windows
) is mandatory.
Good understanding of
Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Intune
is mandatory.
Comfortable (not an expert) with Microsoft technology and products (
Excel, windows, Outlook
).
Experience with
Cisco video conferencing
equipment, L1 support.
End user hardware support (headsets, screens, laptop, mouse, keyboard, docking stations, smartpass) is mandatory.
Networking and security
knowledge.
Knows and comprehends the importance of IT Security, Cyber Security in a corporate environment.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Fluent in
English
.
Responsibilities:
IT support in a large-scale end-user environment.
Remote Support & In person/On desk/field support.
Work by procedures and tickets.
Warehouse, stocks control, logistics & Back-office tasks.
