Cars2click is an international car trading company focused on car export and creating Artificial Intelligence (AI) based on digital solutions to improve the efficiency, competitiveness, and online strategy of car dealers. Cars2click Portugal is part of Cars2click AB and the centre of administrative and financial operations. The company is experiencing growth and is seeking to expand its team in Portugal. We're looking for a motivated, goal-driven individual who loves to communicate and build relationships. Whether you have experience or not, if you speak multiple languages (Italian is a plus) and are seeking a full-time or part-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you. Join our team and help drive customer satisfaction and success. What You'll Do:
- Proactively identify opportunities to re-establish strong relationships and improve client retention.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure seamless support and service for key clients.
- Conduct product demos to show clients the full potential of the platform and its features, highlighting new and relevant functionality.
- Tailor demonstrations to address client-specific pain points and needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and other departments to support client needs and business goals.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team to improve client satisfaction and platform usage.
- Support account management efforts by preparing and coordinating reports, proposals, and client documentation.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to increase client engagement and satisfaction. We're not just about sales;

we're collaborating closely with the team to bring in fresh clients and drive success together. What We're Looking For:
- If you speak more than one language will be a plus - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
- Comfortable with client meetings and presentations.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
