Python Developer
to join our
Networks Directions
team the group responsible for engineering the software that orchestrates and automates activities across our telecommunications network.

distributed, cloud‑native architecture
, supported by modern DevOps practices and strong CI/CD automation. You'll work on both legacy components that still require evolution and new, modern services built for the future.
What You'll Do
* Design, develop, test, and deploy
robust, scalable, and secure software
, aligned with DoD and SLOs.
* Collaborate with Process Analysts to challenge and refine requirements, ensuring
configurable and reusable solutions
.
* Contribute to
technical documentation
, participate in
peer code reviews
, and promote
knowledge sharing
.
* Support
incident diagnosis and resolution (L2/L3)
and contribute to post‑mortems and preventive actions.
* Adopt and promote
DevOps, DevSecOps, and SRE
practices, focusing on automation, monitoring, and reducing manual tasks.
* Participate in defining
architectural principles, blueprints, and governance models
.
* Research and experiment with new technologies through
proof‑of‑concept initiatives
.
* Contribute to the
migration of legacy systems
to the new reference architecture.
* Actively participate in
Agile/SCRUM ceremonies
within a small, collaborative team.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in
Computer Engineering
or a related field.
* 3+ years
of experience in software development.
* Strong experience with
Python
, plus familiarity with
JavaScript
and
PHP
.
* Experience building
REST APIs
and working with
OpenAPI/Swagger
.
* Solid knowledge of
Git
and code review practices.
* Experience with
cloud‑native technologies
, ideally
GCP
, including Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless functions.
* Strong CI/CD mindset: build automation, unit/integration/e2e testing, and deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
* Ability to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, and tools.
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
* A curious, proactive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
