Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple hospitality units, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.
Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and best practices across all locations.
Lead, train, and support local management teams to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international quality standards.
Collaborate closely with corporate headquarters to align local strategies with global goals.
Coordinate logistics and supply chain processes for optimal service delivery.
Support business development and expansion plans in the region.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) inoperations managementwithin thehospitality, retail, or events sectors.
Previous experience working in Africais essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills in multicultural environments.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Fluent inEnglish;FrenchorPortugueseis a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
