Renewal Strategist Job Overview:

The Renewal Strategist plays a pivotal role in optimizing customer retention and growth through end-to-end renewal process management.


Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing renewals team to drive strategic growth and expansion.
* Process Ownership: Manage the entire renewal process, including forecasting, pipeline management, and contract negotiation to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver value to customers.
* Data Analysis: Analyze renewal data and trends to inform strategies, improve processes, and report on key metrics to leadership.


Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in renewals, technical account management, or a similar high-touch, revenue-critical role.
* Exceptional collaboration, communication, and project management skills to lead cross-functional renewal efforts.
* Demonstrated ability to resolve renewal-related issues independently, including down-sells or edition reductions.
