We're hiring a Paid Growth Lead at A88Lab. This is not a "manage campaigns and report CTR" role. We're looking for someone who can own paid growth for B2B SaaS companies from A to Z. That means: Building paid strategies. Managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Reddit Ads. Improving campaign messaging. Conversion Rate Optimization on landing pages. Connecting paid performance to pipeline. Understanding CAC, ARR, MRR, sales opportunities, demo quality, and revenue impact. Our clients are growth-stage B2B SaaS companies in Switzerland and the USA working across AI, cybersecurity, ML, infrastructure, data, robotics, and other complex technical categories. You'll need to understand technical products fast. You'll need to challenge weak messaging. You'll need to make decisions without waiting for someone to hold your hand. You'll need to speak with clients, explain what is working, what is not working, and what needs to change. We need someone proactive, self-driven, and mature enough to own the success of paid channels and their contribution to client retention. This role is probably not for you if: You need daily instructions. You only know how to optimize inside ad platforms. You hide behind vanity metrics (impressions, cliks, CTR, etc.) You wait for clients or managers to tell you what to do next. You apply to every marketing job without understanding the company. You get uncomfortable when someone asks how campaigns influenced pipeline.
