Event Management Platform Implementation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to support our expansion and help us implement Momentus Technologies as our core platform for event and venue management.
This role will involve working closely with our business teams to ensure seamless adoption of the technology, either remotely or in a hybrid model.
* Support business users in utilizing Momentus Technologies daily and respond promptly to functional queries.
* Configure and parameterize the platform according to operational requirements.
* Translate business needs into concrete system settings and workflows.
* Manage system functionalities including layouts, custom fields, business rules, and permissions.
* Ensure consistency and coherence of configurations across the organization.
* Collaborate with the IT team on technical issues.
* Deliver training sessions and build user competence within the organization.
The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in implementing, configuring, and managing Momentus Technologies, as well as a strong understanding of event, venue, and operations management workflows.
