We are currently expanding our Lisbon team and looking for an IT Recruiter who is passionate about technology, innovation, and delivering high-quality hiring solutions. The Role As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while working with international clients and highly competitive tech talent markets. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (from briefing to offer stage) Source and attract IT talent (Software, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.) Leverage ATS platforms and AI-driven recruitment tools Apply advanced sourcing methodologies (Boolean search, market mapping, talent pipelines) Build and maintain a strong candidate network in tech Partner with stakeholders and provide market insights Continuously improve recruitment processes using data and technology Native Portuguese (mandatory) High level of English (daily international communication) At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment Strong knowledge of: Recruitment methodologies and sourcing strategies AI tools applied to recruitment Results-driven mindset with strong communication skills A recruiter with a modern, tech-enabled approach Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Interest in innovation, automation, and AI in recruitment Commercial mindset and goal orientation What We Offer Permanent contract with a globally recognized company Hybrid working model ( only 1 day/week in the office – Oeiras ) Clear career progression in a growing international business Continuous training in tools, technology, and market trends Collaborative and multicultural environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
