About the Role
We are seeking a qualified professional to lead, configure, and operate SecuTix for high-profile global events. You will work with top-tier clients in sports and live entertainment, contributing to the success of millions of fans worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead ticketing operations delivery for multiple clients.
2. Configure and operate ticketing systems for various events, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
3. Ensure timely project delivery within scope, quality, and budget.
4. Develop advanced skills in the ticketing platform.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system setups.
6. Conduct testing and quality assurance to resolve technical issues.
7. Train clients and internal teams on platform usage and troubleshooting.
8. Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
9. Lead onsite operations during sales waves and events, managing sales, troubleshooting, and access control.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, or related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in ticketing system administration.
3. Experience in system operation or deployment.
4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proactive, organized, and resilient under stress.
