Ensure the smooth operation of the establishment: follow and promote necessary procedures for efficient operations, from preparation to customer service.
Guarantee service quality: maintain high quality standards in customer service, providing a positive and welcoming experience to every customer.
Deliver Excellent Service: provide attentive and careful service, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging their return.
Qualifications
Affinity with the Restaurant and Café Sector: a genuine passion for the area, with the willingness to learn and grow.
Experience in the Field: preferably with previous experience in restaurant, café, or similar roles.
Competence with Computer Tools: knowledge of Office tools and Winrest software is an advantage.
Technical Training in Catering/Hospitality: technical-professional training in the field is valued and will be considered a differential.
