Minimum 6+ years of experience in Post-Trade / Corporate Actions (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions lifecycle : announcements, instructions, entitlements, settlements, reconciliations.
Familiarity with ISO 20022 / ISO 15022 standards, SWIFT messages (MT564- 568).
Hands-on experience working with system integration projects (interfaces, messaging, workflows).
Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional specifications and testing phases.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (business, IT, external providers).
French is a strong asset.
Act as the functional lead for Corporate Actions within a strategic transformation program.
Gather and formalize business requirements (Corporate Action processing, accounting, cash / securities movements linked to a corpac event).
Identify and document the functional data flows, including the export of reference data (positions, movements, securities, accounts) to the external vendor solution and the reintegration of allocation files into the core banking system to process accounting, in collaboration with legacy system experts.
Collaborate closely with developers (COBOL, Java) and integration teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
Participate actively in testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support user validation.
Maintain close interaction with stakeholders (business, IT).
