The Role
As Club Manager, you'll lead the experience at DOMA Club- our new members' space blending co-work, culture, and community. From daily hosting and member onboarding to events programming and space oversight, you'll play a central role in shaping DOMA's newest chapter.
This is a dynamic role at the intersection of community building, event curation, and space management. You'll thrive here if you love bringing people together, care about thoughtful experiences, and feel comfortable taking ownership of both the big picture and the daily details.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Culture
* Be the face of DOMA Club - present, welcoming, and tuned in to members' needs
* Foster a strong sense of belonging through thoughtful connection and regular check-ins
* Actively build a community aligned with DOMA's values of creativity, collaboration, and calm
Events & Programming
* Curate and support a dynamic calendar of member events (dinners, workshops, talks, etc.)
* Coordinate with external facilitators, artists, and partners
* Ensure events reflect the tone and quality DOMA is known for
Space & Operations
* Manage the day-to-day function of DOMA Club, including taking charge of cowork operations and shared zones
* Keep the space well-stocked, tidy, and event-ready
* Collaborate with reception, housekeeping, and maintenance for smooth daily operations
