Cybersecurity Threat Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a critical role in protecting our organization's digital assets from cyber threats. As a Cybersecurity Threat Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to potential security incidents across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor security alerts, logs, and events from various sources to identify potential threats.
* Analyze scan results and assist with remediation tracking to ensure timely resolution of vulnerabilities.
* Configure and tune cybersecurity platforms to optimize correlation and detection capabilities.
* Perform triage, analysis, and escalation of potential threats, incidents, or anomalies.
* Investigate security incidents, document findings, and support incident response and remediation activities.
* Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify anomalies in operational environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 3–4 years of experience in security operations, incident response, or similar role.
* Knowledge of common security technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, ZTNA, and vulnerability scanners.
* Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework, malware behavior, and threat intelligence concepts.
