What are we looking for?
* Proven experience of 5+ years in Software Development, with a strong preference for Senior profiles.
* Strong backend engineering background with expertise in Java (newer versions are a plus) and Kotlin.
* Solid experience with Spring Boot (or similar frameworks such as Micronaut).
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
* Experience with message brokers such as Kafka.
* Knowledge of GraphQL Federation is a plus.
* Proficiency with GitHub and experience working with Azure Cloud (or other major cloud platforms like AWS/GCP).
* Experience working in Identity teams (authentication, authorization, SSO/OAuth).
* Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering projects.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Familiarity with IAM platforms (Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, ForgeRock) and identity/security standards (OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, MFA) is desirable.
* Proficiency in English.
