Requirements
* 6-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
* Strong understanding of CRM and GTM technologies.
* Exposure to AI and Agent-based solutions.
* Consultative mindset with data-backed solution design skills.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
