The General Manager will:oversee daily operations, lead a dynamic team,maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
Ensure the smooth management of properties across Lisbon, Faro, and AlbufeiraImplement and optimize business strategiesCoordinate with maintenance, cleaning, reservations, quality control, and administrative departmentsDrive operational excellence and ensure the highest service standardsThis role requires a proactive leader capable of bringing structure, stability, and efficiency to a fast-moving organization.Responsibilities include :Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teamsDevelop and execute strategic and operational plansGuarantee that all company operations and properties comply with Tourism of Portugal legislation, AL licensing rules, and recognized industry standards for tourist accommodationCollaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to guarantee property qualityManage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocationImprove processes, SOPs, and workflows to enhance operational efficiencyResolve escalated issues and operational challenges quickly and professionallySupport the onboarding of new properties and launches of new buildingsReport directly to the CEO with clarity, structure, and forward-thinking insights ensuring the smooth management of properties, QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience motivating and guiding diverse teamsProven experience in property management, hospitality, or operationsKnowledge of financial planning and operational strategyExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with short-term and long-term rental markets (Portugal preferred)Proficiency with property management tools and operational softwareFluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and customer experience
