We are looking for a Client Support Coordinator – Spanish/English to join our team. This role combines customer service with opportunities to contribute to internal projects.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone and email
Handle complaints, inquiries, and order issues efficiently
Participate in additional projects based on skills
Support the team in improving service processes
Requirements:
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience is preferred
Tech-savvy with digital tools
Proactive, organized, and responsible
