* Develop and implement strategic data plans to support business goals and innovation.

* Maintain data quality and consistency by ensuring data privacy, security, and bias mitigation.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
* Solid experience with machine learning algorithms, from design to deployment and automation.
* Proven background developing data science solutions: optimization, classification, prediction, statistical analysis, and natural language processing.
* Familiarity with Python, statistics, and AI/ML frameworks.
* Advanced knowledge of relational databases and cloud services.
* Experience with MLOps best practices.
* Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have:
* Expertise in big data and advanced use of Databricks to accelerate AI and analytics initiatives.
* Published research or projects in NLP or generative AI fields.
