We are looking for a Endpoint Management Engineer (Windows / Intune) for this project!
Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact between product teams and business entities, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications (integration, testing, qualification, and deployment) using Intune.
* Provide L3 support, resolving complex incidents and advanced technical issues related to Windows devices and applications.
* Perform bug analysis and resolution, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
* Contribute to device and product lifecycle management, including onboarding, configuration, and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
* Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Windows device management (MDM).
* Solid knowledge of Windows Information Protection (WIP) and enterprise endpoint security practices.
* Experience in troubleshooting complex IT issues (L3 support) and working in corporate environments.
* Ability to produce clear technical documentation and reporting, including use of tools like Log Analytics.
* Fluent in English, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional international teams.
* Nice to have: MS Endpoint DLP, McAfee Cloud Proxy, F5 PerApp VPN.
