Manage the buying strategy and development of apparel special collections, capsule launches, and key seasonal projectsDefine the assortment, product mix, and pricing strategy aligned with brand positioning and business goalsIdentify trends, newness opportunities, and product gaps to create distinctive and commercially strong collectionsOwn category performance by analyzing sales, KPIs, and customer insights to drive data-based decisionsSource, negotiate, and manage strategic supplier partnerships, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, flexibility, and on-time deliveryManage development timelines, forecasts, and budgets to ensure efficient execution of fast-paced and limited-time projectsMonitor daily reports (sales, stock, margins, budgets, etc.) and implement actions to optimize sell-through and profitabilityCollaborate cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, and Planning teams to ensure successful launches PROFILE
