Operational Controller Business Group Europe (BGEU)
* Overall responsibility of the constant review, analysis and reporting of financial results of the assigned Operation Group
* Oversee the Rolling Forecast process and the preparation and distribution on the monthly reports, comments and ad hoc analysis
* Facilitate the understanding of profitability on-going direction towards goals and strategies
* Partner with operation resources to provide financial valuations for various opportunities (business integration, footprint, and M&A business cases)
* Manage the Continuous Improvement initiative as well as reviewing and evaluating their economic impact
Your Qualifications
Required experience:
* Profound experience (7 years) in Finance & Controlling in manufacturing industry, preferably automotive.
* Effective planning and organizational skills
* Communicates clearly and effectively
* Ability to work independently
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Finance, Master in Controlling / MBA will be an advantage;
* Good command in IFRS and basic knowledge of EU local GAAP / regulations;
* Excellent knowledge in English
* Master’s degree in Controlling or Business Administration
* At least 7 years of working experience as Industrial and/or Operational Controller in a manufacturing industry (Automotive is a plus) with main focus on plant controlling
* Passion and deep understanding of operations
* Ability to work cross functionally in a matrix environment
* Excellent communication skills, which enable you to work with all hierarchical levels and different corporate cultures
* Fluent English is prerequisite while other languages are an asset
* Excellent command of MS Office, Experience in ERP systems and consolidation tools (SAP, Hyperion, ....)
