Position OverviewAs Head of SaaS AI, you will enable AI product innovation across our SaaS brands and align their AI initiatives and roadmaps with the overall team.Blue AI & Data strategy.
You will support brands in creating and executing their AI & Data product roadmaps, drive the use of AI and ML in their products, and act as the key liaison between the central group AI & Data function and the brands.
AI Product InnovationPartner with brands to identify and develop innovative AI products, use cases, and initiatives that create business value
Design AI solution architectures and flow patterns that align technical possibilities with stakeholder needs
Shape the creation and execution of brand AI product roadmaps and drive AI product innovation to support brand growth and group priorities
Technical Guidance & SupportAct as a sounding board for brand product teams as they build AI products, advising and guiding them and sharing knowledge of AI & Data advances
Support fast development of AI products and initiatives by coordinating access to group AI & Data teams and resources
Aid in the due diligence of prospective companies, vetting feasibility and defensibility of their AI & ML-powered products
Champion AI upskilling initiatives to increase brand self-sufficiency over time
Strategic AlignmentServe as the liaison between brands and the group AI & Data function, acting as the single point of contact for AI & Data topics
Coordinate AI initiatives and roadmaps across brands and with the group AI & Data function
Ensure brand AI initiatives align with group AI & Data strategy and priorities while respecting brand autonomy and growth path
Communication & GovernanceEnable communication flows between brands and group AI & Data function, ensuring alignment on priorities and supporting rapid decision-making
Provide visibility into brand AI & Data activities, timelines, and risks with regular strategic briefings, presentations, and updates for executive stakeholders
Ensure visibility of group AI & Data resources and initiatives within the brands
Requirements5+ years of experience shipping AI products to real end users and driving AI product innovation, ideally within the SaaS space
Strong technical background in AI & Data and understanding of strategic business potential and translation into product features and initiatives
Experience shaping and managing product or AI & Data roadmaps in close collaboration with technical, product and commercial teams
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Skilled communicator, able to balance strategic alignment with local autonomy and business priorities
Comfortable operating at both strategic and technical levels, with ability to zoom in and out seamlessly, and work across technical and business teams
Structured, analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable direction
Experience in post-merger integration or multi-brand strategy environments is a plus
