You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of retail and FMCG customers, guiding them from onboarding through adoption and renewal and turning them into long-term partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLand, own and manage relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients in retail, leisure, B&IIdentify and drive opportunities for account growth, upsell, and expansion.Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of Reckon.ai's solutions.Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers maximize the value and impact of our platform.Monitor customer health, usage, and performance metrics; anticipate and address risks.Represent Reckon.ai in meetings, events and industry conversations.What We're Looking For4+ years of experience in Growth, Business Development or B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS or tech.In case you lack experience: other proof you got the right attitude,-)A hunter mentality: every yes starts with a no.Experience working with retail, FMCG, or operationally complex B2B clients.Strong communication and relationship-building skills - written and verbal.Ability to understand product features and translate them into client value.Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting usage data and performance reports.Proactive, organized, and customer-obsessed.A network in vending.Portugal-based, fluent in English; French or German is a plus.Nice to HaveExperience in a startup or fast-scaling tech company.Familiarity with tools like PipedriveUnderstanding of KPIs, execution metrics, or AI-based solutions.What We Offer At Reckon.ai, we believe people grow best when they're empowered, trusted, and supported.The opportunity to help shape the future of retail tech with a growing international company.Client-facing role with high visibility and direct impact.A dynamic, collaborative team with a strong mission.Cross-functional collaboration, working closely with all departments.Ready to grow with us?
