Spare Parts Administrator

Contract Type: Permanent

Country: PORTUGAL

Location: Santa Maria da Feira

Your opportunity: Sidel is building a Spare Parts Administration team in its Portuguese site. Join our dynamic local team of 10 and support our strategic Spare Parts business. The Spare Parts Administrator is responsible for executing the quote-to-cash process for Sidel spare parts sales, including preparing quotes, managing orders, and related activities to ensure customer satisfaction. The Portuguese site employs over 220 workers dedicated to our collective success.


Your Mission:

* Manage customer requests for spare parts
* Prepare quotes in the ERP system and send out customer offers or handle webservice requests
* Manage inquiries on pricing, availability, and order processing
* Follow-up on customer offers to maximize sales
* Place orders in ERP and confirm through webservices
* Ensure timely and complete delivery of customer orders, proactively managing backlog
* Coordinate with finance on payment terms
* Manage logistics according to country-specific requirements
* Handle returns and claims related to spare parts
* Maintain customer data in ERP and assist with reports and SSO
* Address non-conformity issues and work towards resolutions, leveraging customer interface to maximize sales
* Participate in customer reviews on commercial actions


Your Profile:

* Upper Secondary education with relevant skills
* College degree in trade, languages, logistics, or IT
* Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
* Good understanding of trade, supply chain, retail, spare parts, and logistics
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Prioritization skills for handling multiple requests
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus
* Logistics certification is advantageous
* Understanding of order management processes
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
