Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level.
In this role you will:
Assist customers via multiple channels in Spanish and English
Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience
To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish
C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in English
Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week, on a rotating schedule (including weekends)
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening
Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change
Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support
