Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Project Manager, based at our Porto office.
With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and manage the various project specialties
* Manage resources effectively and efficiently, aligning skills with project needs
* Ensure the technical quality of final deliverables
* Maintain close relationships with clients or their representatives
* Identify business opportunities
Profile:
* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the Construction or Real Estate sectors
* Proven experience in project management (teams, timelines, and budgets)
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
* Advanced level of English (mandatory)
