You'll work in anagency-style environment, collaborating with creatives and strategists, but with the freedom and flexibility of remote work.If you're passionate about health and wellness and understand Instagram, strategy, content, voice, and engagement, this could be a perfect fit.What you'll doManage 1- 3 Instagram accounts (for wellness brands and influencers), depending on workload and account size. Create monthly content calendars aligned with client strategy. Write engaging, on-brand captions that connect with the audience. Schedule and publish content using Metricool. Brief and coordinate with our video editor and graphic designer. Communicate with clients via email or WhatsApp in a proactive, professional way. Collaborate with our internal team on Slack and keep tasks organised in ClickUp. Track performance, analyse insights, and flag opportunities for growth and improvement.What we're looking forExperience managing Instagram accounts for brands or other people (not just personal use). Strong understanding of social media strategy. beyond just "posting for the sake of posting." Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple accounts smoothly and independently. Strong written English with a great eye for detail (grammar, tone, consistency). Genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition.Bonus points if you have:Experience with ClickUp and Metricool. Examples of growing social accounts, improving engagement, or executing successful campaigns. Background (education or work) in health, wellness, or alternative medicine.Additional detailsInterviews can be scheduled between9:00 am – 5:00 pm Lisbon time (Mon–Fri).
