Production Support Analyst- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with databases (MS SQL and/or Oracle).
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Cisco/Juniper).
- Familiarity with monitoring and security tools (e.G., TCPdump, Snort).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes (nice to have).
- Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl, PHP) is a plus.
- Monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents.
- Ensure the stability and performance of servers, networks, and databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues.
- Perform troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments.
- Support system improvements and optimization initiatives.
- Document incidents and procedures following best practices (e.G., ITIL).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (07h to 21h, including weekends).
