Lead complex, large-scale transformation and strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable business impact. Manage and oversee a portfolio of high-stakes projects, from strategic design to execution and integration. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and influencing decision-making. Contribute to the continuous development of consulting methodologies, tools, and best practices, fostering knowledge sharing and thought leadership across the organization.Your Profile and Skills Minimum5 years of professional experiencecombining management consulting and banking environments. Proven track record inbank integration projectsand large-scale transformation initiatives. Solid experience working withininternational financial groupsand complex, multi-entity organizations. Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and delivery capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at senior executive level.
