Job Description:
As a Junior Courier Recruiter, you'll drive the hiring process for couriers in The Netherlands, ensuring we have the right team to keep deliveries running smoothly.
Your tasks will include managing end-to-end recruitment via our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), engaging with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process, handling high application volumes, collecting missing details, and managing administrative tasks.
Scheduling initial shifts for new couriers is also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with staffing agencies and internal teams to meet hiring targets and improve recruitment practices.

* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Experience in high-volume recruitment, HR, or customer support
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
