Junior/Middle Business Analyst (Hybrid - Lisbon)
Randstad Digital is recruiting a
Junior Business Analyst
for direct integration with a prestigious client in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with initial BA experience looking for a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Regime:
Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
Your Challenge:
* Requirements and Feasibility:
Collect and analyze business requirements from multidisciplinary teams and support feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
* Essential Documentation:
Produce clear and structured functional documentation, including user stories, workflows, and test cases.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with business units and IT teams to define and validate functional specifications.
* Solution Design:
Participate in solution design, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
* Testing and Improvement:
Support the execution of Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
Your Profile:
* Education:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience:
Professional experience between
2 to 5 years
in similar roles.
* Documentation:
Proven experience in producing functional documentation and test scenarios.
* Technical Knowledge:
Solid knowledge of
business analysis techniques, requirements engineering,
and
process modeling
(e.g., BPMN).
* Tools:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
(or similar diagramming tools).
* Collaboration:
Familiarity with digital tools supporting analysis, collaboration, and documentation (e.g.,
Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
).
* Methodologies:
Knowledge of project delivery life cycles (
Waterfall
and/or
Agile
methodologies).
* Language:
Good knowledge of the
English language
.
